Responsibilities:
- ’ Assist in preparing quotations, BQ (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimations for interior design and renovation projects
- ’ Support the QS team in sourcing materials, comparing supplier quotations, and analyzing costing
- ’ Assist in quantity take-off and measurement based on drawings and site conditions
- ’ Coordinate with designers, sales team, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding project costing and materials
- ’ Help monitor project budgets, variations orders (VO), and progress claims
- ’ Assist in preparing project documentation and maintaining proper records
Requirements:
- ’ Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field
- ’ Basic understanding of construction materials, renovation works, and costing processes
- ’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
- ’ Good analytical, calculation, and problem-solving skills
- ’ Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- ’ Good communication and teamwork skills
- ’ Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- ’ Internship duration: minimum 3 months preferred
