Senior Interior Designer

职责：

• Conceptual Design: Lead the creation of concept designs, storytelling, and develop captivating, intuitive, and effective design solutions.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team & Site Supervisor Team through all phases of design and project delivery.
• Client Interaction: Actively participate in client meeting, understanding their needs and providing appropriate feedback.
• Space Planning: Develop space planning proposals and detailed drawings in AutoCAD.
• 3D Rendering: Create 3D rendering using SketchUp/3ds Max/Corona to visualize design concepts.
• Timeline Management: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
• Presentation Skills: Effectively communicating design concepts to clients and team members.
